Create ordinary art, stories, education, criticism, and clearly fictional work. Do not exploit people, deceive audiences, evade safeguards, violate rights, or create actionable harm.
1. Scope
This policy applies to prompts, images, audio, metadata, generated output, and the intended use of a Render402 request. It implements the use restrictions in the MiniMax H3 Community License and Acceptable Use Policy. The stricter rule applies where these rules, law, or the model license differ.
2. Prohibited content and use
Do not use Render402 to create, assist, or distribute:
- sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, or explicit pornography;
- gratuitous graphic gore, promotion of self-harm, targeted threats, harassment, dehumanizing hate, discrimination, or exploitation of vulnerable people;
- impersonation of a real person without consent, authorization, or lawful right, including fabricated personal endorsements;
- content you know infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidential information, or other proprietary rights;
- harmful misinformation intended to injure others or influence elections, fake testimonials, fake reviews, or false engagement;
- personal identifying information exposed to harm someone;
- actionable assistance for crime, malware, violence, terrorism, or violent extremism;
- attempts to bypass content review, payment, access, or other safety safeguards;
- military operational use, unlicensed professional practice, or high-risk automated decisions affecting a person’s safety, rights, employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, insurance, or access to essential services; or
- publication of generated content as authentic, non-AI footage while deliberately concealing its origin.
3. Generally allowed
Context matters. The following are generally allowed when they do not actually meet a prohibited category:
- ordinary artistic creation, adult romance, clothing and swimwear, family scenes, and non-sexual depictions of children;
- non-graphic education, history, fictional action, criticism, factual political discussion, and voter education;
- clearly labeled fictional advertising and authorized references to people, characters, brands, or existing media; and
- general health, financial, or legal education that is not personalized professional practice or automated decision-making.
A name, face, brand, or lack of an authorization statement alone does not prove a violation. You remain responsible for obtaining real permission and respecting applicable rights.
4. AI disclosure and territory
When sharing output publicly, clearly and prominently disclose that it is AI-generated. You may not use or display MiniMax H3 output in the European Union, United Kingdom, Republic of Korea, or United States under the current model license.
5. Review and enforcement
Creation inputs are subject to automated review before generation and may be checked again before execution. A request may be allowed, refused, or returned for clarification. A review error or unavailable reviewer is a service failure, not a user violation.
Automated review can produce false positives and false negatives. Passing review does not prove consent, ownership, accuracy, or legal compliance. We may remove output, restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, and suspend repeat or serious violators.
Rejected inputs are not charged for generation. If payment was already settled before a later operational failure, the Payments & Refunds Policy applies.
6. Reports and appeals
Report suspected abuse, non-consensual imagery, impersonation, rights violations, or a mistaken decision through Report an Issue. Include the smallest amount of sensitive information needed to investigate.
