Terms Privacy Content Policy Payments & Refunds Report an Issue
Plain-language summary

You must be at least 18, be outside the excluded territories, follow the Content Policy, and pay the exact quote you approve. You remain responsible for your inputs and outputs.

1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and Render402 (“Render402,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you browse the site, connect a wallet, submit an API request, authorize an x402 payment, or use an output.

By submitting a creation or prompt-assistant request, you accept these Terms, the Content Policy, and the Payments & Refunds Policy. Our Privacy Notice explains how data is handled. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and territory

You represent that:

  • you are at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement;
  • you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or using the service from the European Union, United Kingdom, Republic of Korea, or United States; and
  • your access and use are lawful where you are located and do not violate sanctions, export controls, or other restrictions.

These geographic restrictions come from the current MiniMax H3 Community License. You must stop using Render402 if you no longer meet them.

3. The service

Render402 provides paid access to MiniMax H3 video-generation workflows. Pricing and capabilities are published by the live API. A request may be reviewed before payment and may be rejected under the Content Policy without a generation charge.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law or model licensing, preserve capacity, or maintain the service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every prompt will produce a usable result.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use only inputs you have the rights, permission, and lawful basis to provide.
  • Protect your wallet, browser session, payment signatures, and order identifiers. We do not control your wallet or private keys.
  • Do not bypass safety, payment, rate, access, or download controls; probe private infrastructure; or interfere with another user.
  • Clearly disclose AI-generated content when publishing it, and do not present it deceptively as authentic footage.
  • Do not use H3 outputs to train, distill, or improve another AI model other than MiniMax H3 or its permitted derivatives.

5. Inputs, outputs, and rights

As between you and Render402, you retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize us and our service providers to process them only as needed to operate, secure, review, and support the service.

We do not claim ownership of your generated output. Output may be similar to material generated for others, may contain errors, and is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, lawful, or free of third-party rights. You decide whether and how it may be used.

6. Enforcement

We may reject requests, restrict output access, suspend a wallet or session, preserve evidence, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Content Policy, law, or the MiniMax H3 license has been violated. We may act immediately where delay could cause harm.

Reports and good-faith appeals can be submitted through Report an Issue.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Render402 and the service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or output quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Render402 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, opportunity, or digital assets arising from the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, payment flow, law, or upstream license changes. The effective date and version appear above. A new version requires renewed acceptance before another browser creation; API callers must review the published version before submitting requests.
